Nazari Company offers different kinds of pistachio kernel.

Normal Pistachio Kernel

This type of kernel is obtained by breaking the closed-shell pistachios. The production process of this product is done in several stages. Our quality control unit monitors all these stages. That is why our products are free of any physical, chemical, and microbial contamination.

The Production Process in Nazari Pistachio:

  1. Sorting: First, we sort the pistachios according to the type. We extract the pistachio kernel from its hard shell delicately and carefully.
  2. Breaking: The closed-shell pistachios are broken by breaking machines. The machine separates the shell and kernel of pistachios.
  3. Second sorting: The sorting process can efficiently remove typical defects. For example, insect-damaged, moldy, decayed, shriveled, broken, or over/ undersized pistachio kernels will be removed.
  4. Packing: The final products are checked by the X-ray machine, magnet equipment, and metal detector. Afterward, we pack them in 10 Kg cartons and vacuumed poly bags.

Kaal Pistachio Kernel:

This kernel is also called Early-picked pistachio. It is obtained from pistachios that have not yet fully developed and are picked much earlier from the tree. The production process of this type of kernel is the same as the normal type

Green Peeled Pistachio Kernel:

These Kernels are known for their exquisite green color, freshness, and unique taste. These kernels are obtained from Kaal kernels, under the skinning process. Because of all the effort and time that is needed to produce these kernels, they are more expensive than any other kernel. That is why Green peeled pistachio kernels are known as luxury food ingredients in the market. Nazari pistachio offers seven grades of green pistachio kernel. The grades are A, B, C, D, E, F, H, and S. these kernels are classified according to their color. Grade A has the darkest green color, and grade S has the lightest yellow or green color. Their prices are determined based on the grades of their green color. The best and most expensive of Green Peeled Pistachio Kernels is the kernel with the darkest green color (Grade A).

The Production Process in Nazari Pistachio:

  1. Visual Inspection: In this line, we will remove any foreign material manually.
  2. Boiling: For double peeling, we put the Early-Picked pistachio kernels in boiling water. Then, we take the kernels out of the water and pour them into a container. After that, we try to remove the shell on the kernel manually. Finally, they will be dried by dryer machines.
  3. Sorting: In this stage, we try to sort kernels in terms of their color and pests. Later, they will be controlled if there is any foreign material.
  4. Packing: The final product which is purified by our machines is packed in 10 Kg cartons and, vacuumed poly bags.
